Petition signatures are presented to the SEPOA Board as part of a formal petition. Volunteer sign-ups are used solely to coordinate community outreach. Contact form submissions are used to respond to inquiries. Email addresses are used only for community updates. You may unsubscribe at any time.

We do NOT sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Petition signatures will be shared with the SEPOA Board of Directors as part of the formal petition — signing constitutes consent for this specific purpose.

Form submissions are stored in our WordPress database on secure hosting with SSL encryption. Access is limited to site administrators. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

We use WordPress session cookies (functional, required) and Google Analytics cookies (anonymous usage data). We do not use advertising, tracking, or social media cookies.
