Share this website with your neighbors. Print flyers and distribute them on your street. Discuss the issue at your next block gathering. The more informed our community is, the stronger our voice.

Step 3: Collect Proxy Votes

Proxy voting allows you to represent neighbors who can't attend meetings. Each person can hold up to 5 proxies. Download the proxy form and collect signatures from neighbors on your street.

Step 4: Attend the Next Meeting

Even if you just observe, your presence matters. Board members need to see that the community is engaged and watching. Ask to speak on the speed cushion topic.

Step 5: Demand Transparency

File a records request for all communications about the speed cushion proposal. Write to the Board expressing your concerns. Request copies of all meeting minutes. You have a legal right to this information under Florida law.
